* Provide needed transportation for a new owner

* Save energy by retiring a gas-guzzler

* Prevent air pollution

* Recycling valuable resources, instead of allowing

them to rust away.

What is the impact of the program?

* Distribution of funds to 1,055 local Habitat for Humanity

affiliates

* To date, more than 30,000 vehicles have been donated

* Nearly $3 have been provided for Habitat affiliates worldwide.

* Cars for Homes will tow the vehicle away,

free of charge.

* Donors receive an acknowledgement letter to

be used for tax planning.
